AURAEKO Organizacja Odzysku Sprzętu Elektrycznego i Elektronicznego S.A. was established by Polish companies to help entrepreneurs placing electrical and electronic equipment on the Polish market to comply with the requirements imposed by the Act of 11 September 2015 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1688) and the Act of 11 May 2001 on economic operators’ obligations in the scope of managing certain types of waste and on the product fee (Journal of Laws 2001 No. 63 item 639 as amended).
Since 2006, we have been successfully supporting:
– entrepreneurs who manufacture and sell equipment under their own label,
– entrepreneurs selling equipment manufactured by another entrepreneur under their own label
– those involved in the import or intra-Community acquisition of goods,
and we also operate as an AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE for entrepreneurs based outside Poland.
