Environmental education in Pruszków kindergartens

The educational campaign “Children Protect the Environment. Child-friendly environment”, addressed to children attending kindergartens in Pruszków, is right now underway. The theme of the campaign is how to properly handle waste equipment and batteries. The campaign is accompanied by a contest consisting in the collection of waste portable batteries and accumulators. The contest will last until 20 September 2021. As part of the project, on 28 May (Friday), we held educational classes at the Municipal Kindergarten No. 13 and the Municipal Kindergarten No. 15. During educational workshops, the children learned secrets of proper waste segregation and how to properly deal with waste equipment and batteries. The enthusiasm and commitment of the children during the classes taught by our EcoEducators show that it is worthwhile to educate the youngest, shaping their proper habits and awareness of the real impact they have on the environment. Moreover, the youngest happily bring this message to their homes, thus educating their siblings, parents and grandparents.
