The data will be processed for the purpose of responding to the enquiry sent (legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller).
Provision of data is a necessary condition for responding to an enquiry sent and failure to do so will preclude a response.
The data will be stored until an enquiry has been responded to.
Every data subject has a right to request access to and rectification erasure of their personal data or restriction of their processing, as well as their portability. Every data subject has the right to object to the data processing, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
Your personal data may be shared by the Controller with third parties to the extent necessary for the execution of the agreement or order. These shall be:
- entities supplying and supporting the Controller’s ICT systems;
- providers of IT services, hosting and other third parties cooperating with the Controller under relevant agreements on entrusting the processing of personal data and providing that the abovementioned entities apply adequate technical and organisational measures to ensure data protection, other entities to which the Controller is obliged to transfer data under applicable law.
All third parties that process your personal data are obliged to provide data security and comply with personal data protection obligations.
You have the right to access the content of your data, to rectify them, erase, restrict their processing, the right to data portability, right to object, right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint if you believe that the data processing violates the provisions of the GDPR. The complaint must be lodged with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Our website, like most modern websites, uses functionalities provided by third parties, which involves the use of third-party cookies. The use of such cookies is described below.
Analysis and statistics. We use cookies to track website statistics such as the number of individual visitors, the type of operating system and browser used to navigate the website, the time spent on the website, the webpages visited etc. We use Google Analytics for this purpose, which involves the use of cookies from Google LLC. In the cookie settings management mechanism, it is possible to decide whether or not we will also be able to use marketing functions from Google Analytics.
Social media tools. We provide the possibility to use social media functionalities, such as sharing content on social networks and subscribing to a social media profile. The use of these functions involves the use of cookies from controllers of social networks such as Facebook, YouTube.
We embed YouTube videos on the website. When you play such recordings, cookies from Google LLC for the YouTube service are used.
SERVER LOGS
Using the website involves sending requests to the server where the website is stored. Every request to the server is recorded in the server logs.
The logs include, among other things, the IP address, date and time of the server, information about the web browser and operating system. Logs are saved and stored on the server.
The data stored in the server logs are not linked to any particular individuals using the website and are not used by us to identify the user.
The server logs are only ancillary material for the administration of the site, and their contents are not disclosed to anyone other than individuals authorised to administer the server.
COOKIE RETENTION PERIOD
Session cookies are placed for the duration of using the browser (session) and are deleted when the browser is closed or you log out of the website.
Persistent cookies are not deleted when you close your browser and remain on the user’s device for the time specified in their parameters or until you delete them.
